Mario Solis-Marich, a Latino policy opinion leader in the United States with a strong background in politics, advocacy, radio, television, and new media, has worked as a campaign consultant in local, state, and national political campaigns and advocacy efforts since 1987.
Solis-Marich has served as a Latino voter outreach and fundraising consultant to some of the biggest Latino political stars in the U.S., including the historic campaign of Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez against former incumbent Congressman Bob Dornan and the campaigns of Congressman Xavier Becerra, and Congressman Ciro Rodriguez. Mr. Solis-Marich also worked with the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) in a landmark Latino voter outreach effort in 2002 which was later used as a case study at Yale University.
For four years, Solis-Marich produced and hosted a breakthrough television program in Los Angeles on KJLA/LATV titled LA Chatroom, the first English-language television political talk show that focused on issues of concern to the Latino community.
Mario also hosted a daily nationally syndicated award winning talk radio program produced by U.S. (through its subdivision MSM Productions, LLC). The Mario Solis-Marich Show that aired in Colorado on KKZN and was streamed on IheartRadio was awarded the prestigious “Best News Talk Radio Show” honor by the Colorado Broadcasters Association. The Mario Solis-Marich Show also brought it’s hard-hitting examination of issues to all Americans with a Latino perspective to Los Angeles via KTLK. The Mario Solis-Marich Show was ranked as one of the top talk shows among men 18-34 in both the AM and FM Denver markets according to Arbitron.
Mario Solis-Marich is also the founder and President of Targeted Communications which currently provides message development and deployment, fundraising, and telemarketing services.
