Kate Katz is a Los Angeles puppeteer and special effects artist who’s company, All Hands In specializes in soft skill development. Kate realized she was using theories and training from her puppetry expertise to help her navigate sensitive dynamics in other professional atmospheres. As a result, Kate has often be called upon to lead areas of projects because she was able to step into this role with confidence while also creating a supportive team atmosphere in which her colleagues could thrive together. Kate connected the dots between puppetry and her enhanced soft skills and developed All Hands In to share this valuable info with others.
